To fully implement the spirit of the Notice for Conducting Work Safety Rectification in the Engineering Construction of Enterprises in the System of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Hu Guo Zi Wei Zong He [2021] No. 9) and the Notice for Conducting Work Safety Rectification in the Engineering Construction of Enterprises in the System of Shanghai International Group (Hu Guo Ji Ban [2021] No. 2) released by the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and the Shanghai Emergency Management Bureau, the Construction Management Office of SIG Building Reconstruction Project has ensured the fulfillment of the owner's primary responsibility, organized the owner, the constructor, the supervisor and other participants for special discussions and studies, required that they should strictly perform contractual responsibilities, establish the work safety responsibility system level by level, ensure the transfer and fulfillment of job responsibilities level by level, keep strengthening the identification and control of potential hazards on the construction site, progressively establish a long-acting mechanism of fundamentally eliminating potential hazards of accidents, and firmly contain work safety accidents.

Based on the characteristics of the works in progress during the Spring Festival, according to the rectification work list, the Construction Management Office of SIG Building Reconstruction Project conducted a special inspection of engineering construction, convened regular meetings on work safety organization, urged the general contractor and other participants to strengthen the project safety organization system and education training, urged the constructor and the supervisor to conduct safety and technology disclosure of special schemes, identify and control potential hazards and conduct field process management, fulfilled the primary responsibilities of the general contractor and sub-project contractors, conducted strict safety management of works in progress, strengthened the supervision and inspection of key operation procedures such as construction, hot work, confined space and aerial work, as well as temporary electricity utilization on the construction site, and strictly investigated prominent problems such as working against time in violation of safety regulations.

The Construction Management Office of SIG Building Reconstruction Project is striving to build a civilized construction site in Shanghai. Based on new requirements of epidemic control, it has urged the participants to control the epidemic and register the dynamic information of construction workers that returned to hometowns and Shanghai. Aiming at recent cold waves and freezing weather, the office has urged the participants to take protective measures in winter construction, and kept strengthening communication and coordination with China Foreign Exchange Trade System, to ensure the normal operation of the system in the construction period.
