On the afternoon of November 30, the CPC SIG Committee held a meeting to convey and learn the 10th Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee.

Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG, introduced the drafting and concrete content of the Decision of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee on Learning and Implementing the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech at the Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Development and Opening-up of Pudong, as well as the Proposal of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee on Formulating the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan of Shanghai Municipality for National Economic and Social Development and Setting the Vision for 2035.

Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, conveyed the spirit of Secretary Li Qiang's speech at the 10th Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and raised requirements for next-step work. SIG should learn and implement the spirit of the plenary session, show the spirit in the formulation of the three-year action plan and the fourteenth five-year plan, integrate it with SIG's development, especially its key work next year, systematically plan SIG's reform and development and financial holding group building, and practically convert the spirit of the session into the strong impetus driving the high-quality development of SIG.
