Sharing The Social Responsibility for Sustainability, Being Concerned about The People's Well-being--SSAM Unveils Charity Brand

On November 9, the leaders, directors, supervisors and employees of Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM) witnessed the release of the SSAM Charity brand amid a warm and lively atmosphere.

At the release conference, the new brand ambassadors representing four distinctive charity sectors-sports, sailing, dream seeking and cultural heritage told charity stories of the company.

The attendees reviewed the warm moments of the company's devotion to charity in recent years, were delighted about the outcomes of the company's double-hundred poverty alleviation action and were deeply affected by the selfless devotion of outstanding volunteers. The event climaxed in a string dance involving the brand ambassadors and employees.

In recent years, deployed and guided by the CPC SIG Committee, the company has gone all out to improve its soft strength under the dual engine strategy, persistently performed corporate social responsibility, shown its responsibility as a state-owned enterprise, shouldered the mission of sustainable development with the society, and stayed true to its charity mission during implementing the national strategy of poverty alleviation, supporting the civilization development of neighboring communities and fighting the epidemic together, stay true to the mission of “Sharing the social responsibility for sustainability, Being concerned about the people's well-being”.

At last, Zhou Lei, Member of the CPC SIG Committee, Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of SIG and Secretary of the CPC SSAM Committee and Chairman of SSAM, spoke highly of SSAM's charity results. He noted that the country has set the key objectives of economic and social development in the fourteenth five-year period and we are yet to keep going to achieve the vision of co-prosperity, rural rejuvenation and social civilization. SSAM should, under the leadership of the CPC SIG Committee, continue to work hard, seek practical results, deepen charity brand building step by step, show its responsibility as a state-owned enterprise and pool social strength to create a brighter future.
