CPC SIG Committee Conveys, Learns Spirit of 5th Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee

On the afternoon of November 4, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, attended the Party organization meeting of the Fifth Party Branch of Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM), a grass-roots Party building work contact point, and conducted a survey on four histories learning and education.

At the meeting, the Party branch reviewed its results in four histories learning and education at the previous stage, as well as its efforts in consolidating the effects of education themed Staying true to the mission, introduced its practice of taking multiple measures to constantly deepen theoretical learning and make good and flexible use of typical examples around, and made arrangement for next-stage four histories learning. With focus on the subject of learning four histories, staying true to the mission, promoting reform and supporting innovation, based on respective work actualities, members of the Party branch and active applicants for Party membership shared their learning experience from the perspectives of strengthening reform and innovation, enhancing stance, improving investment level, perfecting risk control and building a characteristic Party building brand in line with the features of the new era.

Yu delivered a speech. He noted that the SIG system should fully understand the significance of four histories learning and education, and focus on three aspects based on SIG's reform and development. Firstly, we should keep firming up ideals and beliefs, stay true to our mission, understand the spiritual connotation at different historical stages, including Party founding, the founding of the People's Republic of China, and reform and opening-up, and keep deepening ideological thinking, improving innovation capacity and pooling work strength through learning. Secondly, we should learn the Party's political theories seriously, systematically and persistently, and keep improving the capacity for independent learning. Lastly, we should link theories with practices, enhance the vision of overall situation, integrate learning with SIG's development actualities more closely, understand SIG's overall development strategy and direction, take more active part in the reform and development of SIG and SSAM, and race against time to promote the high-quality development of SIG and SSAM.
