On the afternoon of October 28, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG received a delegation led by Ma Xin, Vice Governor of the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government. Present were Hu Youlian, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of SIG; Zhong Maojun, Chief Operation Officer of SIG and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee.

Yu welcomed the delegation, and introduced SIG's history, functional positioning orientation, development strategy and SIG's efforts in serving major national and municipal strategies. Liu introduced SIG's efforts on financial holding group building.

SIG's development history is a vivid reflection of Shanghai's innovation in reform and opening-up. The integration of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) is accelerating, Ma said, he hoped the three provinces and one municipality in YRD will further strengthen financial cooperation and interaction.

The two sides exchanged ideas on the development of financial holding group development, state-owned capital operation and management, deepening the reform of the system of authorized operation of state-owned capital and other issues. The delegation also visited SIG's Exhibition Marking the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up.
