October 2020 marks China's 11th Month for the Old. To further promote the tradition of respecting the old, Wu Jun, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission, visited SIG's retired cadres Huang Yaoqing and He Yiping, inquired about their health conditions, extended holiday greetings, and presented the medal of 70th Anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army's Entry into the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea to Huang Yaoqing who entered the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea.
To mark the 70th Anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army's war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission presented the medal of 70th Anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army's Entry into the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea to veterans. Li Zhaoji and Huang Yaoqing, two retired cadres from the SIG system, received the medal. Wu wore the medal for Huang, paid high respect to him and expressed thanks to him for his contributions to the Chinese revolution and the construction of the People's Republic of China, and hoped he would continue to support the reform and development of the country and SIG.
Relevant staff of the Organization Department of the CPC SIG Committee accompanied Wu for the visit.
