SIG, Jinjiang International Carry out CPC Committee Central Group Joint Study, Sign Framework Agreement

To carry out four histories learning and education, according to SIG's arrangement for four histories learning and education and the annual study plan of the Central Group of the CPC SIG Committee, members of the CPC SIG Committee, including Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG; as well as heads of SIG's departments, with focus on four histories learning and education, carried out a central group joint study at Jinjiang International Group (Jinjiang International). Present were leaders of Jinjiang International, including Yu Minliang, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman; Guo Lijuan, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President; Zhang Chaomei, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, as well as heads of relevant departments of Jinjiang International.

Yu introduced Jinjiang International's development during participating in major foreign reception and serving major national and municipal events over the 85 years. In recent years, Jinjiang International has seized opportunities, developed boldly, implemented the international strategy of domestic operations, global deployment and transnational management, and owned seven hotel management brands and over 1.1 million rooms. Yu admired Jinjiang International's achievements in implementing the international strategy and becoming the world's second-largest hotel group in recent years, extending congratulations on the successful cooperation between Jinjiang Group and SIG. SIG should learn Jinjiang International's advanced experience in internationalization, and keep innovating and pursuing excellence during comprehensively advancing the dual engine strategy of state-owned capital operation and investment management led by financial holding group building.

Prior to the study, SIG signed a cooperation framework agreement with Jinjiang International. Under the agreement, the two sides will further bring respective advantages into play, focus on primary business and improve operation efficiency.
