On the morning of August 31, the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the CPC Committee of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC) held a meeting at Shanghai International Group (SIG) to announce SIG's executive adjustment. Chen Hao, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee; Bai Tinghui, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Director of SHSASAC, hosted the meeting.
A decision on appointment and removal was read at the meeting, appointing Hu Youlian as Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of SIG and removing Zhang Guohong from the post.
Present were members of SIG's leading body, heads of relevant departments of SIG, heads of the Enterprise Executive Division of the Organization Department of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee, and heads of the Division of Enterprise Leader Management of SHSASAC.
