Shanghai International Group (SIG) held a meeting on September 29 to arrange security work before the dual holiday--Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Present were security and IT staff of SIG's headquarters, subsidiaries and fund companies.
The meeting conveyed the spirit of the 2020 Work Conference of Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission on Corporate Cyber Security Regulation and the commission's instruction in the work emphasis of emergency management, and arranged key safety tasks in the near term.
The meeting noted that SIG's subsidiaries should attach great importance to safety work and enhance the sense of political responsibility and urgency for safety work. As the situation of work safety is grim due to the long duration of the Mid-Autumn & National Day holiday and the control of Covid-19 and other infectious diseases, all subsidiaries should not slack off on safety work, but implement safety measures to prevent the occurrence of cyber security and production safety accidents. Secondly, SIG's subsidiaries should stress key points, and implement production safety and cyber security work in a targeted and refined manner. All subsidiaries should continue to identify and prevent potential safety hazards, go all out to ensure the safety of key projects, and implement cyber security work as early as possible according to relevant guides and proposals, to ensure the sound operation of information systems. Thirdly, SIG's subsidiaries should implement the emergency attendance system, strengthen duty attendance during the dual holiday and strengthen duty attendance discipline. All subsidiaries should strictly implement the information submission system, duly collect and submit the emerging, potential and tendentious information that may cause work safety accidents, to find, report and handle problems early. Lastly, SIG's subsidiaries should aim far, strive to enhance overall safety awareness and work capacity. All subsidiaries should further strengthen professional training, improve the duty performance capacity and comprehensive quality of safety work, and keep improving the level of safety work.
The meeting stressed that SIG's subsidiaries should attach great importance to production safety work during the dual holiday, implement the systems of daily zero case report and duty attendance safety, comprehensively eliminate potential safety hazards, stick to the safety line and ensure safety.
