Board of Supervisors of SIG Visits SFIA

On the afternoon of January 27, Hu Youlian, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of SIG; and Wu Jun, Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of SIG led members of the Board of Supervisors of SIG to Shanghai Chengchuang Fintech International Industrial Park for a field survey. They listened to a work report of the Shanghai Fintech Industrial Alliance (SFIA). Duan Fangfang, Supervisor of SIG; as well as relevant staff of the Secretary Office of SFIA and the Office of the Board of Supervisors participated in the survey.

The Board of Supervisors of SIG visited Shanghai International Fintech Innovation Center, the FinTech Security Laboratory of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and the Innovation Center of Changjiang Pension, listened to an introduction to SFIA's work results in project research, forums & exhibitions, collaborative services and supervision coordination, and inquired about the work progress in innovation center base construction, forum & exposition upgrading, major research and think tank building.

Hu spoke highly of SFIA's work results since its founding. Developing the fintech industry is a major national and municipal strategic task, as well as the primary goal set in SIG's strategic plan, he said, hoping that SFIA would improve basic services for industrial parks and value-added services for industrial ecology with focus on its functional orientation, to empower the development of the fintech industry.

Wu said SIG attaches great importance to SFIA's development, expecting SFIA to perform strongly during creating a sound fintech ecosystem and play a positive role in fintech development at the city and district levels.
