Create Mommy Rooms to benefit female employees. After nearly one year of elaborate preparation, two Mommy Rooms in Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM) and New Shanghai International Building have been put to use, to create a private, clean, cozy and safe exclusive place for female employees ready for pregnancy and during pregnancy or lactation.

At the call of the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions and the Labor Union of SIG, upon full coordination and communication, the labor unions of SSAM and New Shanghai International Building spared spaces from their limited workplaces, conducted elaborate design and planning, strictly selected materials and tightened construction control, to create cozy and warm "Mommy Rooms" for female employees in SIG to tide over the special stage in their life.

The project of "Mommy Cottage" shows SIG's practical move to safeguard employees' lawful rights and interests, and protect the physical and mental health of female employees. While providing professional and humanized services to female employees in SIG, it enhances their sense of belonging, sense of gain and happiness, will further motivate them to work hard and make innovation to promote the high-quality development of SIG.
