To strengthen work safety exchanges and learning, and advance work safety standardization, SIG took an active part in the interactive work safety inspection of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC), fully assisted the interactive inspection team in inspection, seriously learned other enterprises' experience and practices of work safety management, solidified the experience and practices proved by practices, formed a long-acting management mechanism, improved the work safety management level of SIG, and achieved the goal of common promotion and improvement.

The team inspected 9 entities, including Lansheng Building, Hengshan Picardi Hotel, Yimin First Food Factory and New Shanghai International Building , from August to November 2020. 27 staff members of relevant entities in SIG accompanied the group. The 3rd interactive inspection team, made up of safety management leaders of enterprises including Bright Food Group, Hengshan Group, Donghao Lansheng and Guotai Junan, gave full play to their roles in respective fields, inspected respective safety management, facilities and equipment, professional technologies, systems and regulations, reported all existing problems and potential safety hazards, offered corrective opinions and suggestions, and shared experience, practices and results.

Guided by the concept of "going out for learning and exchanges, bringing in good practices for internationalization", SIG analyzed and summarized learning and exchange activities this year, absorbed the entities' good experience and practices, kept advancing work safety management in light of its development actualities, continued to work steadily on institutional building, ledger management and equipment maintenance, improved in the establishment of some operation procedures and emergency plans, as well as equipment use, and held fast to the bottom line of work safety, to ensure the sustained stability of the situation of work safety in 2020.

At the next stage, SIG will, according to the three-year action plan for work safety rectification, advance related work in depth, further enhance the awareness of the whole company, ensure the performance of responsibilities by relevant sides, improve the mechanism of coordination at different levels and create favorable work safety environment to protect corporate development.
