On the afternoon of October 23, 2020, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, headed to the construction site of Shanghai International Fortune Center under SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SIGAM), to find out the project progress and raise work requirements.

Yu visited construction areas such as the top floors of the south and north towers, the well-decorated sample floors, the lobby, the atrium and the eco-garden, inspected the construction situation and listened to the report on project progress. Following the field inspection, Yu spoke highly of the project results at the previous stage, said SIG attaches great importance to the project, and required that the project team should continue paying close attention to construction safety and epidemic prevention and control, tighten quality control, go all out for project construction and press ahead with leasing promotion and operation preparations.
