To further strengthen the team building of new employees, SIG New Employee Training 2020 took place from October 16 to 17. Present were Wu Jun, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission; Zhong Maojun, Chief Operation Officer of SIG; Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union of SIG; and Chen Zhenpeng, Member of the CPC SIG Committee. 36 New employees of SIG's headquarters and subsidiaries, as well as Shanghai Sci-tech Capital attended the training.
The training included seven modules: SIG’s overview, financial reform, financial holding group building, corporate culture, security and confidentiality, clean practice, capacity assessment and team-building. Two new employees delivered speeches. Wu gave a lecture on the reform and development of Shanghai's financial industry and international financial center building. Zhong elaborated on international and domestic financial holding group regulation and reform, and shared SIG's latest progress in financial holding group building. Ma introduced SIG's corporate culture system, security and confidentiality. The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office gave a lecture on Party integrity building and clean practice. The training also organized the new employees to visit the SIG's thematic exhibition marking the 40th anniversary of the reform and opening-up, and assessed their capacity, to help them know themselves better and plan their career. At last, they participated in a one-day outward bound at Fengxian Bay. Through events such as Party history quiz, games and dryland curling, the training strengthened "four histories" learning, improved the capabilities of organization and coordination, and cultivated the teamwork spirit.
The two-day training offered the new employees a full understanding of SIG's status quo, further enhanced their sense of honor, sense of responsibility, sense of belonging and sense of mission, promoted mutual communication and exchanges, and laid a solid foundation for them to better perform duties and serve the development of SIG.
