Yu Beihua Visits Aided Entity in Fengxian and SIG's Resident Instructor in Village

To further implement the rural rejuvenation strategy, fulfill tasks in new-round rural counterpart support and find out actual needs of aided entities, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Zhang Guohong, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors; Wu Jun, Member of the CPC SIG Committee, Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission and Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors; and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union of SIG visited an aided entity-Situan Town in Fengxian District, and SIG's resident instructor in Xinye Village, Zhuangxing Town.

At a meeting between SIG and Situan, Zhang Hong, Chief of Sichuan Town, thanked SIG for its support over the years, and reported Situan's economic and social development in recent years. She said the establishment of the new area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone has created an unprecedented opportunity for Sichuan's future development. The counterpart support to Situan is an important move of SIG to take an active part in rural rejuvenation at the call of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, and the exchange visits between the two sides over the years have offered SIG a deeper understanding of the development of Shanghai and Fengxian, said Yu, hoping the two sides will continue to deepen cooperation and make unremitting efforts to improve Sichuan's development level.
