To further strengthen the corporate culture building of SIG, constantly deepen the core corporate culture concept system of SIG, give better play to role of corporate culture in pooling strengths and improving quality and benefit, and continue to promote the high-quality development of SIG, SIG held the Annual Meeting of the Leading Group on Corporate Culture Building on April 20. Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of the Leading Group on Corporate Culture Building, hosted the meeting. Present were Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG, SIG's executives, as well as heads of departments and subsidiaries.
The meeting listened to a report on the fulfillment of key work of corporate culture building in 2019, and adopted the key work arrangements for corporate culture building in 2020 upon deliberation.
According to the annual work plan for corporate culture building in 2019, SIG advanced work including planning, cultural presentation, brand optimization and concept education in a steady and orderly way, and achieved new breakthrough in work including information release. In 2020, a critical year for SIG's development, SIG should hold fast to the new development opportunity for corporate culture building, and proceed with corporate culture building with focus on work including financial holding company development, state-owned capital operation and three-year action planning.
The meeting required that SIG should further reflect the core corporate culture concept system in daily work, carry on and promote the spirit of "Excellence, Integrity, Innovation and Human Orientation"; should further strengthen the cultural building of the SIG system, and further integrate the corporate cultures of SIG and its subsidiaries, to form a uniform corporate culture system; and should initiatively align its practices with the specific requirements of building the "four brands" of Shanghai and the core values of the system of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, seriously implement the requirements, push SIG's corporate culture building to a new level, practically enhance its soft strength and promote the development of SIG.
