On the morning of January 1, 2020, "Heart to Heart, Tour of Charity; Hand in Hand, Love for Communities" 1,000 Stores Charity Bazaar 2020, hosted by the Shanghai Charity Foundation, the Shanghai Municipal Committee on Spiritual Civilization Construction, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, the Shanghai Commercial Association and the Shanghai Senior Citizens, took place at Grand Gateway 66. In the day, 10 entities and 10 individuals were honored as Xuhui 8th Advanced Charity Collectives and Individuals respectively. Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM) was listed among "Xuhui 8th Advanced Charity Collectives".

In recent years, SSAM's "Sailing" Volunteer Service Team has taken an active part in the sub-district's charity activities, including volunteer activities in five aspects: "road civility", "popular science presentation", "environmental education", "community support" and "thematic activities". Besides, SSAM has regularly carried out co-building activities and visited impoverished families locally, and its Party branches have donated for schools. Since 2014, SSAM has visited 36 impoverished families and 36 needy students in Leshan and Wending communities of Xuejiahui Sub-district during the New Year's Day, the Spring Festival and the summer vacation for six years in a row; during the Spring Festival of 2016, SSAM visited 96 elderly people included in the basic old-age insurance system and medical insurance system, covering 27 neighborhood committees of Xujiahui Sub-district.

"Sailing" Volunteer Service Team will continue to carry forward the spirit of "devotion, fraternity, mutual help and progress", and serve communities and sub-districts, to practically perform corporate social responsibility.
