Since the launch of the education themed "staying true to the original intention and keeping in mind the mission", the Party Committee of Shanghai State-owned Assets Operation Co., Ltd., under the leadership of the Party Committee of Shanghai International Group, has studied and implemented Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important theoretical description of "Staying True to the Original Intention and Keeping in Mind the Mission", and understood the significance of the theme education. Simultaneously, it closely followed the requirements of touring guidance group and the Group’s Party Committee, combined the spirit of Party Secretary Li Qiang's speech in the survey of the Group and the actual development of the Company, promoted the theme education related work in various forms, levels and measures, and drove the grass-roots Party Branch to create the learning atmosphere of theme education, so as to constantly improve the stance, sublimate the thought, and make the theme education more effective.

To explore learning methods and innovate learning forms. The Party Committee accurately grasped the requirements of the superior, carefully arranged the theme education program based on the actual situation of the Company, and made no less than 15 times of collective study and exchange research plan. The first is to innovate carrier. In view of the problems that Party members and cadres should know and will learn scattered in a number of learning materials, the Company's Party Committee produced the Pocket Book of Knowledge that Party Members and Cadres should Know and Will Know, which clearly states the significance of the theme education, and compiled the knowledge that Party members and cadres should know and will know into a book to provide reference for daily study. It organized the members of the Party Committee to go to the Memorial Hall of CPC 4^th National Congress to have a situational Party class and to review the oath to join the Party, firm the ideals and beliefs, and remember the original intentions and missions. The second is to learn with questions. On the basis of reading through the Party Constitution, the Extracts of Important theoretical description and the Outline, Members of the Party Committee determined the theme based on the business, selected the content with questions, carried out research and investigation in combination with their thoughts, and held 8 consecutive thematic study meetings around 8 special topics. They studied by themselves before learning, thought deeply and thoroughly during learning, and deepened implementation after learning. The third is to deepen systematic study. Learning Program of Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era is a guiding light for the development of the Company. Members of the Party Committee had collective study, exchanges and discussion on special topics after the Party Committee meetings every week, in order to learn the Outline in a more deeply, practically and thoroughly way. Through WeChat study, self-study of books, organization of study supervision, they have combined new ideas, found out the new direction of the Company's business, and explored new thinking and new ways to promote the Company's high-quality development.

To integrate work organically and promote its implementation in a coordinated way. The Party Committee further implemented the theme education thoroughly, closely combined the theme education with Party buildingn and business, in order to find out, analyze and solve problems. The first is to fully cover the research objects. Members of Party Committee went deep into the front line to listen to the opinions and suggestions of Party Members and the masses. They visited 15 in total, held 14 symposiums, interviewed 173 people and conducted 142 questionnaires in total, covering all employees of the Company. The second is to make the content of the survey down-to-earth. In combination with their respective areas of responsibility and practical work, members of Party Committee proposed a total of 7 research directions, combined them with strong pain points, difficult problems, repeated research and discussion, put forward solutions, and never gave up before solving the problems. The third is to stick to a strong problem-oriented approach. In combination with the mid-term review of the rectification of the 2018 democratic consultation and the mechanism of "coordination of four responsibilities", they have always focused on practical issues and work. In view of the problems found in the theme education, those that can be rectified immediately will be identified and rectified immediately, so as to solve the problems in the possibly shortest time. If the rectification cannot be made immediately, the rectification implementation plan in the next stage will be formulated, and long-term implementation measures will be put forward. Through the organic integration of learning and education, investigation and research, problem inspection and practical work, the problems discovered are constantly deepened and implemented, so as to make the theme education effective.

In the next step, the Party Committee of the Company will continue to strengthen the construction of grassroots Party organizations of state-owned enterprises, combine the problems found in the study, education and investigation, and give full play to the role of "building Party Branch on the business line" by taking the opportunity of the office term change of the Party Branch, to ensure study while and inspection while rectification, thus effectively transforming the new ideas, new thinking and new strategies into new power to promote the high-quality development of the Company, and constantly making the theme education more profound.
