Since June, the Party Committee of SIGAM has followed the instruction of the Central Committee, the Municipal Party Committee and the CPC SIG Committee, focusing on study, education and investigation, training the team and educating Party members, and advancing in-depth education themed "staying true to the original intention and keeping in mind the mission" in an orderly and powerful way.

First, to learn ideas, understand the original intention and raise ideological awareness during study. The Party Committee of the Company will learn from Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era all the time. All executive members will study the original works. The Company’s Party members keep up with new ideas, new theoretical description, and new dynamic status, stick to read and learn the original works, understand the principles, and have arranged 8 times of collective study and exchanges focusing on the original intention and mission hardships, political building, strengthening Party self-discipline, the Party's clean governmence without corruption, risk prevention, the Party's tenet, etc, and on the advanced deeds of 13 excellent Party members including Zhang Fuqing, Huang Wenxiu and Zhong Yang. The leaders took the lead in giving Party lectures. The secretary of the Party Committee gave a special Party lecture to all Party members at the Company’s Party Day on July 1. Other Party member leaders gave special Party lectures for grassroots Party members based on their learning experience and investigation. At present, all Party members of the Company executive managed by SIG have completed Party lectures. All Party members recalled the original intention. The Party Committee of the Company organized all Party members for self-study of the Learning Outline and the study reference materials of the Group. The learning effect was deepened by visiting the theme exhibition “Celebration of the 70th anniversary of Shanghai's liberation”, paying respects to the memorial hall of the second CPC Congress, and arranging the knowledge test of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. Each Party Branch had special study on the themed Party day. The Group’s related leaders and the Company’s Party Committee member exchanged the experience with the Party member in the Party buildingn contact point and the Party branch, pursued the Communists’ original intention and mission, felt the advanced and typical initial intention and responsibilities, and revisited Party member's own initial intention guard.

Second, to investigate the facts, think of countermeasures, and refine ability and character in practice. The Party Committee of the Company consciously compared with Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, and with the General Secretary Xi Jinping's important theoretical description, important speech and instructions, and found gaps and shortcomings. Since the end of June, the Party members visited 6 subsidiaries and fund companies, held a total of 8 research symposiums, and participated in the research of nearly 70 people's representatives of Party members. The investigation and study highlighted the reform, development and operational problems of the Company, and focused on further deepening the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises and serving the country's major strategies. Some of the members went deep into the first line and solved operational problems through case analysis, such as carrying out special investigations and studies focusing on the positioning and investment strategy of Guohe Phase III Funds, improving hotel operation performance, and optimizing comprehensive building management. Some of them took a long-term view and thought about the future in combination with strategic positioning, such as the development ideas and measures of the real estate sector, the management and control system and internal management of the Company, and the in-depth study of employees' career development planning, so as to ensure that the research is provided with work plan, organization, the research topics have clear needs and focus, and the research results have corresponding ideas and measures. The Company’s Party Committee adheres to the principle of research while learning and comparing, as well as research while examining and rectification, in order to find out the problem, dig out the cause, analyze the details, make the rectification real, carry forward the spirit of self-revolution, improve the ability of innovation breakthrough, take responsibility, further identify the strategic direction, solve business problems, and forge an excellent team.

Third, to clarify the purpose, undertake the mission, and set up the banner of the Party among the masses. The Party Committee of the Company further implemented the main responsibility of Party buildingbuilding in the theme education, gave play to the main role of Party members, and made Party members receive education, the performance grow and the masses be satisfied. To strengthen brand effect led by Party buildingn, at the end of June, the Company officially released the Party buildingn brand LOGO and brand image publicity video, selected and released the "Top ten events of the Company’s Party buildingn in 2018", commended the "three meetings and one lecture" excellent organization award and characteristic themed Party day activity award in 2018, effectively stimulated the majority of Party members' sense of participation, identity and gain, and further enhanced the cohesion, appeal and influence of the Party buildingn of the Company by taking the opportunity of Party buildingn brand of the Company to be rated as the Party buildingn brand of municipal state-owned enterprises. At the same time, in the change of office term of 10 grassroots Party Branches including the subordinate GP Capital Party Branch, the Company's Party Committee nominated a number of Party members with comprehensive quality and high-degree recognition of the masses to be the candidates of the branch of the Committee members on the basis of guaranteeing the main position, broad cohesion of the consensus of the Party members, to ensure that the branch of the Committee members is well-equipped and strong and the battle fortress is solidly built. To highlight the pioneering role of tackling difficulties, the Second Party Branch and the Third Party Branch of the Company undertook the two learning and exchange platforms of "Yue Du Hui" and "Rong Zhi Hui" respectively, having the Party buildingn lead the advantages of resource integration, improve the team's ability of investment and research, and raise the Company's business level. In serving the three major tasks and promoting key projects, the vanguard role of Party members is given full play to effectively implement the SIG strategic deployment. On July 5, SIGAM successfully issued the first-term notes in 2019 with a scale of 1.4 billion yuan. On July 8, it successfully obtained the allocation qualification of the first batch of listed enterprises CRSC on science and technology innovation board, which was about 68 million yuan, and became the first strategic allocation and investment of municipal state-owned capital on science and technology innovation board. To give play to the role of leading and demonstrating new social trends, the Party Branch of Shanghai International Group Building under the Company’s Party Committee, the Party Branch of the New Shanghai International Tower, the Party Branch of Shanghai Fudan Hotel, and the Party Branch of the Xiayanghu Hotel, guided the new environmental fashion of household garbage sorting led by Party buildingn based on their own services. With characteristic theme Party day activities as the carrier, relying on the "circle of friends" of building Party buildingn and regional Party buildingn, and in the form of knowledge publicity, special Party classes, voluntary public welfare, etc., each Party Branch highlights and strengthens the demonstration of Party members among the employees of enterprises and residents in the community, actively promotes the publicity and advocacy of garbage sorting, and makes full use of the role of the Party Branch as fighting fort and publicity base.
