During education themed "Staying true to the mission", Shanghai International Group (SIG) echoed the voice and needs of cadres and staff, studied and launched a salary and assessment optimization consultation project for SIG's headquarters and subsidiaries based on Secretary Li Qiang's requirements of advancing the market-oriented reform during his visit to SIG, and steadily advanced the marketization system and mechanism reform of SIG, to better meet SIG's new requirements for future development. On the afternoon of July 22, SIG HR Consultation Project Launch Conference 2019 was held. Present were SIG's leaders including Fu Fan, Wu Jun and Guan Wei, as well as heads of SIG's departments and subsidiaries.
At the conference, Stephen Cui, Global Partner of Aon Hewitt and General Manager of Aon Hewitt East China; Bryant Chen, Chief Consultant of Aon Hewitt and Director of SIG HR Consultation Project, introduced Aon Hewitt and the schedule of the consultation project.
Fu Fan delivered a mobilizing speech. He stressed that the CPC Committee and management of SIG should attach great importance to the market-oriented reform of human resources, further improve the incentive and restraint mechanism to stimulate the vitality and innovation power of cadres and staff, and promote the constant development of SIG into a top financial holding group in the market. He required that SIG's cadres and staff should unify thought, fully recognize that SIG's market-oriented reform is intended to establish market-oriented systems, mechanisms and business assessment models, make the efforts and gains of cadres and staff match, and further improve their capacity, and attach great importance to the market-oriented reform. He also required that heads of SIG's subsidiaries and departments should deeply understand the significance of the market-oriented reform to achieving SIG's strategic goals and cooperate in project implementation, in a joint effort to promote project success.
