On the morning of June 29, the core MBA course training for SIG's executives opened at the School of Management, Fudan University (FDSM). Chen Zhenpeng, Member and Director of the Organization Department of the CPC SIG Committee and General Manager of the Human Resources Department of SIG; and Huang Zhongjie, Director of FDSM Executive Education Programs attended and addressed the opening ceremony. Among over 50 attendees were middle-level executives and some outstanding young executives of SIG and its subsidiaries.
Organized by FDSM with the entrustment of SIG, the training aims to further strengthen the training of SIG's management talents and outstanding young executives, grasp the concept of modern enterprise management, improve the capability of comprehensive management, and better serve the "dual-engine" strategy of SIG and its high-quality development. The training will focus on courses required for Fudan's MBA programs, and strive to cover the core content of Fudan's MBA programs within 2 or 3 years.
Prof. Zeng Chenghua from Fudan spoke for Module 1 of the training: Corporate Strategic Management: Strategic Execution and Organizational Changes. He used a lot of classic domestic and foreign cases such as Gree, Wanda, Samsung and GE, to systematically teach how to effectively advance organizational changes and build first-class strategic execution. In the future modules, FDSM's renowned and experienced experts and professors will explain innovative thinking and innovation management, financial analysis management and other issues of enterprise management, and discuss them with trainees, to jointly create a platform for learning management theories and business cases and improving the capability of comprehensive management, and build a high-quality executive talent team for SIG.
