On the afternoon of April 26, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Zhang Guohong, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors; Wu Jun, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission; and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union of SIG conducted a field survey of SIG's key projects.
SIG's senior executives first surveyed the project of Shanghai International Wealth Center under SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd., listened to the introduction to project construction, safety and civilization management, transfer, investment promotion and leasing, and inspected the construction site. Then they surveyed the project of The Bund International Tower, and listened to a report of members of the project working group on the overview and progress of the reconstruction project.
SIG's senior executives required that, in key project and building management, the SIG system should persistently strengthen Party style building and implement the mechanism of "four-responsibility collaboration", to create a favorable atmosphere of cleanness and uprightness; should strictly perform the subject responsibility of work safety and strengthen supervision and management, to ensure construction safety; should be up to top standards in project design and construction, and tighten quality control to display the features of SIG; and should advance project construction in strict accordance with relevant state laws and regulations, as well as rules and regulations of SIG, ensure the legal compliance and complete process of the project, and work against time and as scheduled, to put the project into operation as early as possible.
