On the morning of March 15, Fu Fan, President of Shanghai International Group (SIG) visited Minhang District. District Major Ni Yaoming and Deputy District Major Shen Jun of Minhang, as well as leaders of the Science and Technology Commission of Minhang District, the Minhang Finance Bureau and other departments received Fu. Shanghai Sci-tech Capital and relevant departments of SIG accompanied Fu for the visit.

Fu briefly introduced SIG's business fields and development strategy, as well as Shanghai Sci-tech Capital’s general situation. Ni introduced Minhang's achievements in the development of technology innovation and strategic emerging industries, as well as its future arrangement. Then the two sides discussed the matters of Minhang National Technology Achievement Transformation Fund.

To implement the Action Plan of Shanghai for Building National Technology Achievement Transfer and Transformation Demonstration Zone (2018-2020) and strengthen ministry-city cooperation, Minhang will set up Shanghai Minhang National Technology Achievement Transformation Fund in association with the Ministry of Science and Technology and relevant departments of Shanghai, to support key nodes of technology achievement transfer and transformation prior to angel investment. As a move to implement the Strategic Cooperation Agreement between the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Advancing the Operations of National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialization and Shanghai Sci-tech Capital will discuss the content and mode of cooperation with Minhang.
