On the morning of September 20, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors organized SIG Young Executive Seminar. 47 young executives from SIG's headquarters and subsidiaries, as well as heads of the CPC Organization Department, CPC Office and CYL SIG Committee attended the seminar.
10 young executives from the SIG system delivered speeches based on their gains and experience from the "Party spirit education" training. Through systematic learning, they have acquired a deeper understanding of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, further enhanced their Party spirit, and further fortified their ideals and convictions, said them. They also voiced their thought and suggestions on the reform and development of SIG from different perspectives.
Yu communicated with the young executives, saying that young executives should take Party spirit cultivation as a lifelong required course, become the main forces in the new-round reform and opening-up, and make new achievements in the new-round development of SIG. He stressed that young executives should consciously strengthen theoretical cultivation, moral cultivation, disciplinary cultivation and style cultivation, and take Party spirit cultivation as their lifelong "motto" and "required course".
Yu noted that SIG emerged and has developed in the reform and opening-up, its development has been closely related to Shanghai's reform and opening-up. SIG's young executives should consciously enhance their awareness of learning, benchmarking, innovation and responsibility with focus on the general situation of the reform and development of SIG, bear in mind the mission of "sticking to responsibility and leading development", and constantly improve its capabilities through work practices, thus making new contributions to the reform and development of SIG.
