On the afternoon of June 22, the 2nd Plenary Meeting of 4th SIG Workers Congress was held. Fu Fan, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG; and Gu Jianzhong, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Vice President of SIG were present. Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union of SIG presided over the meeting. 35 worker representatives from SIG's headquarters and subsidiaries attended the meeting. Also present were SIG's collective consultation representatives.
The complementation meeting reported the situation of SIG's collective consultation and collective contract performance, and specified the revised content of the Collective Contract of Shanghai International Group Co., Ltd.
The meeting unanimously voted through the Collective Contract of Shanghai International Group Co., Ltd. by secret ballot. As the chief consultative representatives of the company and workers, Fu and Ma renewed the Collective Contract of Shanghai International Group Co., Ltd.
On behalf of CPC SIG committee and executives, Fu delivered a speech on continuing to deepen democratic management and making all-out efforts to advance democratic development. He noted that SIG's worker congress and worker representatives should, under the guidance of the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, focus on SIG's central task of reform and development, seek the long-term development of SIG and safeguard the lawful rights and interests of workers, correctly grasp the new tasks and requirements of democratic management in the new situation, work steadily, forge ahead and create a new prospect for democratic management with a stronger sense of responsibility.
At last, the meeting adopted resolutions.
The deliberation, adoption and signing of SIG's third-round collective contract will provide important institutional guarantee for safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of workers and building the harmonious and stable labor relations of SIG, and lay a solid foundation for SIG to advance reform, innovation and development.
