To strengthen corporate culture building, inherit the group's historical deposits, refine the connotation of corporate culture, and build corporate culture and brand image according with the features of the era and the group, Shanghai International Group (SIG) held a conference on corporate culture promotion at No. 208 conference hall of the group building on December 26. Ding Xiaoyun, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee presided over the conference. Members of group Party leaders, all headquarters employees, subsidiary leaders as well as heads of the corporate culture department and the brand building department attended the conference. Leaders of the Publicity Division of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission were present.
Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union introduced Phase 1 of the group's corporate culture building project. Then Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Fu Fan, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG unveiled the plate for the Corporate Culture Manual of Shanghai International Group.
Shen Jun, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SIG introduced the core concept of the group's corporate culture and delivered an important speech. Guided by socialist core values, Phase 1 of the group's corporate culture building project has systematically refined the cultural factors needing to be inherited, improved and promoted by the group, and formed a complete core concept system of corporate culture including corporate mission, corporate vision and core values, said him. He stressed that corporate culture building is a long-term systematic project which should match corporate reform, development and management, match the group's functional orientation and historical mission, and match the constant development and changes of the economy, society and enterprise. Aiming at next-stage corporate culture building, he required that efforts should be made to promote and implement corporate culture under the guidance of Party building, implement cultural concepts through activities, and conduct overall planning of group culture building with promotion and implementation as a new starting point.
At last, he hoped that the whole group would, under the leadership of the CPC SIG Committee, comprehensively learn and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, fully comprehend and implement Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, make all-out efforts and forge ahead, practically implement the work of corporate culture building, make newer greater contributions to the group's reform and development, and boost its efforts to become a pioneer in national reform and opening-up and a forerunner in innovative development in the new era.
