Lin Yibin, Deputy Director of Shanghai Municipal SASAC visited SIG

On the morning of December 19, a delegation led by Lin Yibin, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) visited Shanghai International Group (SIG). Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee presided over the meeting. Fu Fan, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG; Gu Jianzhong, Member of the CPC SIG Committee; Liu Ying, Chief Investment Officer of SIG; and Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union participated in the survey.

Fu introduced the group's general information, Party building and business operation in 2017, as well as its key work for 2018, posing the work needing further attention and support from the municipal state-owned assets supervision and administration commission. Yu exchanged ideas with the commission leaders on key work including comprehensively strengthening Party leadership, enhancing the function of financial holding, conducting domestic-foreign integrated capital operations and joining the restructuring of central enterprises and brother state-owned enterprises.

In recent years, SIG has achieved significant results in strategic transformation, state-owned capital operation platform building and operation, and other aspects, said Lin, pledging that the commission would continue to support platform reform and innovation, said Lin. In the next period, SIG should study and explore the reform of the mechanism of authorized operation of state-owned capital in the fixed direction of reform, accurately grasp the orientation of the platform in state-owned capital management system, straighten out the relations between the platform and shareholding enterprises, liquidize remnant state-owned capital, give full play to its technical advantage in finance, strengthen interaction and collaboration with brother state-owned enterprises, and initiatively serve the overall reform and development of state-owned assets and enterprises, he added
