To further deepen and improve the function as a state-owned capital operation platform, upgrade state-owned capital operation capability, and improve the investment management competitiveness, Mr. Shen Jun, Chairman of SIG, with other delegation members, conducted surveys in the city of Shenzhen during April 12th to April 14th. The delegation visited the Shenzhen investment Holding Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd., Tencent Holding Co., Ltd. and China Vanke Co., Ltd. as well as some major demonstration projects of these companies. Delegation members of the visit include Mr. Fu Fan, Vice President of SIG, Mrs. Liu Ying, Chief Investment Officer of SIG, Mr. ZhongMaojun, Chief Operation Officer of SIG and heads of Strategic Research Department, Capital Operation Department, InvestmentManagement Department and Administration Department.
The delegation`s surveys focus on exemplary enterprises with state-owned capital operation as pilot business, so as to learn their experiences and practices in the development of Shenzhen`s state-owned operation platform, especially the practices in capital operation, including operation model, investment decision-making procedures, post-investment management, etc., so as to further optimize the model of state-owned capital operation; meanwhile, the delegation draw experiences from these enterprises as for measures to “manage capital”, to understand their management and controling model on subsidiaries, the development of corporate governance system, practices on market-oriented incentive system and effective methods for enhancing modern enterprise system.
During the survey, the two sides exchanged ideas and experiences, delving into issues of critical concern. At the same time, through understanding of each other’s strategic planning and the status quo of innovation, transformation and business development, both parties tried to seek for cooperative opportunity and quality investment projects to lay solid foundation for future cooperation.
