To meet the needs of SIG`s transformation and development, and to complete and standardize SIG`s regulation system, the Administration Department of SIG, with its cooperation from other departments of SIG, successfully finished all the compiling work of SIG`s regulation system on the basis of combing, revising and polishing throughout 2016.

The finished collecting of SIG regulation altogether consists of 161 regulations, amounting to more than 1600 thousand words, covering all of SIG`s regulations in effect, including 23 basic regulations, 65 general management regulations and 73 management regulations of other kinds. All regulations, according to their corresponding work module, are categorized into four volumes, i.e., “Articles of Incorporation•Chapterof Mechanisms of Discussion, Management and Control•Chapter of Capital Operation•Chapter of Investment Management”, “Chapter of Financial Management•Chapter of Strategic Research•Chapter of Rish Compliance”, “Chapter of Human Resources•Chapter of Administration•Chapter of Aduting Management” and “Chapter of Party Building•Chapter of Discipline and Supervision•Chapter of Labor Union•Chapter of Youth League Building”

The compiling work is a comprehensive gathering and organizing of SIG`s regulation system, also a further supplyment and optimization of the SIG`s regulation-system building work, providing effective support for SIG to optimize decision-making procedures and standardize implementation procedures, representing the achievement of SIG`s system-regulation work in the current phase. The Administration Department of SIG will continue to cooperate with each department on later works such as the publication of the revised and enlarged edition and update of trial-run system-regulations, so as to promote sensible development and organized operation of SIG and provide support for SIG to further complete its corporate governance structure and inner control system.
