Shen Jun Met Mr. Wang Qiang, Chairman of INESA Group

On the afternoon of December 1st, Shen Jun, Secretary of CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of SIG, met Mr. Wang Qiang, Secretary of CPC INESA Committee and Chairman of INESA . Mrs. Ding Xiaoyun, Vice Secretary of CPC SIG Committee, Mr. Fu Fan, Vice President of SIG, Mr. Gu Jianzhong, Vice President of SIG, Ms. LiuYing, Chief Investment Officer of SIG, Mrs. Ma Haiyan, Chairwoman of SIG Labor Union.

Mr. Fu Fan firstly introduced the general conditions and history of SIG, especially the development of strategic transformation process according to the requirements of CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and Shanghai Municipal Government since 2013. Mr. Fu Fan delivered a comprehensive introduction of SIG covering the development of state owned capital operation platform, capital operation, investment management and the involvement in the development of financial factor market. Meanwhile, Mr. Fu Fan and Mr. Gu Jianzhong also raised several suggestions concerning mutual operation and exchanged opinions on overseas M&A, investment management, fund operation and reform on state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises.

Representatives of INESA Group introduced the history and current operation condition of INESA, especially on its major business sectors, including smart city, commercial real estate, non-banking finance, etc. Mr. Wang Qiang shared INESA`s experiences on development planning, strategic distribution and innovation on INESA`s system and mechanism and expressed expectation for further cooperation between the two sides.

Lastly, Mr. Shen Jun highly remarked on INESA`s proactive pursuit for strategic transformation and its business development and said that INESA`s collective business strategy centering on smart city has a broad space for development. For next step the two parties can create favorable conditions together for cooperation based on market rules and achieve a win-win outcome through the combination of industry with finance.
