To help new staffs familiarize themselves with the general condition of SIG and quickly get used to their new position and have a better understanding of their targets in work, the 2016 SIG new staffs training workshop was held in the No.9 meeting room on October 27th. Ms. Ding Xiaoyun, vice secretary of the CPC SIG committee and Director of SIG, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech to the employees recruited into SIG in 2015 and 2016.
Mrs. Ding firstly extended welcome to the new staffs of SIG and pointed out that their entering has injected new blood and generated new hope for the reform and development of SIG. Afterwards, she introduced to new staffs on the general conditions, reform development and noble mission of SIG. Lastly, Ms. Ding raised four points of expectations and requirements to all new staffs: First is to stick to beliefs to be an ambitious youngster; Second is to study hard and be a dedicated employee; Third is to be pragmatic while also innovative; Fourth is to hold on to self-discipline, professional ethics and integrity. She hopes everyone in SIG can make their own contribution in the strategic development of SIG.
The new staffs training lasts for two days, inviting SIG’s business department from subsidiary companies for detailed introduction on SIG`s management system, capital operation business, non-performing loans disposition business and industrial funds business. The training also contains featured lectures and outdoor team-building activities. The training has brought about deeper understanding and better communication between new staffs. The new staff training was successfully concluded on October 28.
