In afternoon of June 4th, Mr. Shen Jun ,Chairman of SIG, met with the delegation from Hubei Province led by Mr. Cao Guangwei, vice-governor of Hubei. The management team of SIG, including Ms. Ding Xiaoyun ,Mr. Fufan , Mr. Gu Jianzhong, Mr. Zhu Zhongqun, Mr. Yang Weikang, Ms. Liu Ying, Mr.Zhong Maojun also attended the meeting.
Mr. Shen extended welcome to Mr. Cao and the members of the delegation. He said, as the major State-owned enterprise of Shanghai, the development of SIG has always been closely connected with the city’s reform and development plan. According to the strategic plan of the CPC committee and the municipal government, SIG is now playing an important role in a market-oriented way in investing and controlling local financial institutions, state-owned capital operating, investing and asset managing and constructing financial factors. Mr. Fu Fan then introduced the major status of SIG’s SOE reform, the constructing of state-owned asset operating platform etc.
Mr. Cao expressed his sincere gratitude for the reception of Mr. Shen. He stated, Hubei Province is now steadily promoting the reform of province-owned SOEs, the purpose of the visit to Shanghai is to study the good experience and manner of state-owned assets and enterprise reform, especially the ones in the reform of state-owned financial institutions. SIG has rich experience in the building of state-owned asset operating platform and so on, which will provide considerable thinking and reference for the next step of Hubei’s reform of State-owned assets and enterprises.
The two parties also discussed and communicated the hot topics in the reform of State-owned assets and enterprises. Members from capital operating. Dept., strategic dept., financial dept., and administration dept. also attended the meeting.
