Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors, hosted the SIG Young Staff Seminar on the afternoon of January 12, with the participation of 10 young staff members from SIG's headquarters and subsidiaries.

With a focus on the future reforms and development of SIG, as well as the growth of young staff, based on respective posts, the 10 post-85 & 90 young staff members offered suggestions and opinions on applying for financial holding company establishment, capital operation, investment layout and post-investment management, business collaboration, financial management, informatization construction, the career development of young staff and other issues of SIG.

Yu spoke highly of the young staff's speeches, fully recognized the young generation's concern for and suggestions on the development of SIG, and encouraged them to firm up ideals and beliefs, cherish the overall interests, work solidly, keep learning, bear SIG's mission in mind, and make their contributions to SIG's reforms and development on their posts! He also raised work requirements for better creating work opportunities to young staff, improving their abilities and communicating with them.

Present were Wu Jun, Secretary for the Discipline Inspection Commission; Ma Haiyan, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairwoman of the Labor Union of SIG; as well as heads and relevant staff of the Organization Department of the CPC Committee, the Department of Human Resources, the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office and the CYL SIG Committee.
