As an independent third-party institution, CVInfo released "CVAwards" lists for Chinese VC and PE institutions for the 16th consecutive year. Known for their professionalism, authoritativeness and preciseness, referred to as the benchmark for China's equity investment industry, the lists are the important basis of capital contribution for many large institutional LPs. Based on the data of investment institutions on fund raising, investment, exit and projects under management recorded between January 1 and December 31, 2021, this year's lists were worked out through standardized data processing and overall scoring by ChinaVenture Institute.
Guoxin Venture Capital is a direct fintech investment platform set up by SIG to serve the building of Shanghai Sci-tech Innovation Center and Shanghai International Financial Center. The company makes research-driven investment in fintech. The invested fintech enterprises have played positive roles in finance stabilization, digital transformation and fintech innovation, and kept pushing forward the transformation of traditional financial institutions. As the only state-owned VC institution on the "China Top 10 Fintech Investment Institutions" list, the company will continue to explore a path for the market-oriented reform and development of state-owned VC institutions, and work with top investment institutions to serve the innovative development of outstanding fintech enterprises, thereby contributing the power of state capital to the building of Shanghai Fintech Center.
