Here we have guardians shouldering heavy responsibilities: they have worked around the clock in the frontline of epidemic control, defending SIG from the epidemic through standardized disinfection, meticulous health screening, efficient management and operation, as well as warm logistics support; we have volunteers forging ahead against all odds: sweat soaking protective suits, tanned skin under red caps, hoarse voice from speakers…you have stayed true to your original aspiration, kept your promise and stuck to the frontline of epidemic control like flying flags; here we have staff sticking to key posts and working around the clock: the standardized transfer of documents, timely payments, smiles on customers' faces…you have converted your strengths into inexhaustible power for the steady and sustained operation of SIG; here we have staff making silent contributions: you have played your positive roles on respective posts and in respective communities while working from home, and signed up as volunteers in place, to give full play to your energy.

There are no heroes descending from heaven and only ordinary people standing out. You represent the image of SIG, your figures are the silhouette of the Party flag, and your efforts are contributions to Shanghai, a city we love deeply. Here we salute you and give you thumbs-up!
