On the morning of June 30, the CPC Committee of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC) held a seminar celebrating the 101st anniversary of the founding of the CPC. Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; and Wu Jun, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee attended the seminar. In break-out rooms, Lu Jinxin, Vice General Manager of the Department of Investment Management I of SIG; and Zhao Cheng, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee of SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. attended as representatives of "outstanding Party workers, outstanding Party members and advanced grass-roots Party organizations" in the SHSASAC system. Zhang Cheng, Manager at the Department of Investment Management I of SIG; Deng Liexin, Senior Analyst at Guoxin Venture Capital; Mao Yadong, HR Manager at GP Capital; and Wang Ke, Senior Manager at the Department of Investment Management, Shanghai SITICO Assets Management Co., Ltd. attended as representatives of epidemic control volunteers. Also present were heads of the Organization Department and Office of the CPC SIG Committee.

At the seminar, deputies to the 20th CPC National Congress, representatives of "outstanding Party workers, outstanding Party members and advanced grass-roots Party organizations", as well as representatives of epidemic control volunteers in the SHSASAC system delivered speeches. Dong Qin, Vice Secretary of the CPC Committee of SHSASAC, spoke on behalf of the CPC Committee of SHSASAC. After reviewing the grass-roots Party building of the SHSASAC system in recent years, we have realized that we should always put first the political building of the Party and take scientific theories as fundamental guidelines; we should adhere to the important principle of upholding the Party's leadership over state-owned enterprises and improving the modern enterprise system; we should adhere to the work orientation of "centering on central tasks and serving the overall interests", and promote the reform and development of state-owned assets and enterprises; we should adhere to the work method of "driving the intermediate by the advanced and the backward by the intermediate", and push for the full progress of grass-roots Party organizations; we should adhere to the political requirements of "exercising Party self-governance fully and vigorously", and urge fulfilling the responsibility of Party building, he said.

Dong required that Party organizations at all levels and all Party members in the SHSASAC system should earnestly study and implement the spirit of the 12th CPC Shanghai Municipal Congress, continue to advance Party building, and demonstrate the responsibility of Shanghai's state-owned assets and enterprises during fortifying convictions and implementing work, guarding against the epidemic and meeting basic living needs, stabilizing growth and preventing risks, promoting reforms and seeking development, strengthening Party building and establishing models.

Prior to the seminar, SIG's leaders communicated with representatives of "outstanding Party workers, outstanding Party members and advanced grass-roots Party organizations", as well as epidemic control volunteers, expressing appreciation for the diligent efforts and selfless devotion.
