GP Capital Selected into LP Institute's "2021 Top 50 PE Exit Ranking"

On the afternoon of July 6, LP Institute hosted the "1st Forum on RMB Fund Exit" and released the "Premier Exit Ranking". GP Capital was ranked 11th in the "2021 Top 50 PE Exit Ranking".

The statistics is based on announcements disclosed by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchanges on share reduction by shareholders of listed companies whose shareholding ratio was more than 5%. The statistical time is subject to the time when share reduction announcements were released by listed companies (from January 1 to December 31, 2021); where the price per reduced share was not disclosed in an announcement, the average of the highest and lowest stock prices of the listed company in the trading day when shares were reduced (where the date of share reduction was not a trading day, the closest trading day shall prevail) shall be taken as the average price of reduced shares to calculate the transaction amount. The statistics covers 4,019 share reductions by 543 VC/PE institutions. Based on authentic data disclosed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Beijing Stock Exchange, the ranking demonstrates the core DPI performance of VC/PE institutions in their exit from the A-share market in 2021, and reflects their exit returns in the A-share market in 2021.
