Recently, the Municipal Conference on Full and Vigorous Party Self-governance and Warning Education for State Capital and State-owned Enterprises has been held. The CPC SIG Committee attached great importance to the conference by convening a meeting to study and convey the spirit of the conference and make arrangements for spirit implementation. The meeting required that SIG's party organizations at all levels should earnestly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important remark on full and vigorous Party self-governance over state capital and state-owned enterprises, attach great importance to full and vigorous Party self-governance, as well as Party integrity building, understand the situation and tasks of Party integrity building and the fight against corruption in the field of state capital and state-owned enterprises in Shanghai, seriously study and implement the spirit of the Municipal Conference on Full and Vigorous Party Self-governance and Warning Education for State Capital and State-owned Enterprises, draw lessons from cases and promote rectification and governance by cases, unremittingly perform state-owned enterprises' responsibility of Party management and governance, and maintain a strict tone in the long run, so as to create a clean political ecology and a favorable development environment.

According to the requirements of the meeting, SIG held an executive meeting to convey and implement the spirit of the conference. Wu Jun, Vice Secretary of SIG, hosted the meeting and delivered a speech. He Shilin, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of SIG and Commissioner of the Shanghai Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and Supervisory Commission at SIG, conveyed the spirit of the Municipal Conference on Full and Vigorous Party Self-governance and Warning Education for State Capital and State-owned Enterprises. Present were executives of the CPC SIG Committee, SIG's dispatched supervisors, heads of the CYL SIG Committee and heads of discipline inspection organizations of SIG's subsidiaries.

The meeting stressed that SIG's Party organizations at all levels, Party members and cadres should always maintain a sober understanding of full and vigorous Party self-governance, fully realize the severity, complexity, arduousness and persistence of Party style building and the fight against corruption in state-owned enterprises, stay vigilant and hold fast to the bottom line of discipline. We should further strengthen political guidance and guarantee for full and vigorous Party self-governance, deepen and refine the mechanism of "four-responsibility coordination", tighten corruption risk control, ceaselessly improve Party conduct and enforce Party discipline, and firmly advance full and vigorous Party self-governance.

The meeting made arrangements and set requirements for fully assisting the inspection team of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee in accomplishing its mission, stepping up efforts to correct "four bad practices" and foster new healthy ethos during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, and strictly implementing the eight regulations of the CPC Central Committee.
