To prevent risks, ensure security and maintain stability, strengthen risk prevention in the important period, and protect the life and property safety of personnel, from September 29 to 30, Yu Beihua, Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors; Liu Xinyi, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee and President of SIG; Wu Jun, Vice Secretary of the CPC SIG Committee; Guan Wei, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Vice President of SIG; Zhou Lei, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Vice President of SIG; and He Shilin, Member of the CPC SIG Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of SIG, led teams to SIG's subsidiaries, fund companies, commercial buildings, hotels and construction sites, to inspect work safety and cyber security before National Day.

SIG's leaders listened carefully to the entities' reports on work safety and cyber security construction, learned about the fulfillment of safety responsibilities, work system construction, as well as potential hazard identification and rectification, inspected monitoring systems, computer rooms, staff canteens, fire facilities and equipment, safety passages for evacuation, gas alarm devices and other important parts, and raised requirements for work safety and cyber security: Firstly, we should enhance our political stance, see that the responsibility of work safety is fulfilled, coordinate business development with epidemic control and safety with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency, achieve the goal of "preventing the epidemic, stabilizing the economy and ensuring security", go all out to ensure security and stability during holidays and major events such as National Day, the 20th CPC National Congress and China International Import Expo. Second, we should nip erroneous ideas and acts in the bud, comprehensively strengthen safety prevention measures, focus firmly on the goal of curbing safety risk accidents, advance the work at the consolidation and improvement stage of the three-year action on work safety rectification, take an active part in the work safety campaign themed "subjects of responsibility talking about the primary responsibility", implement the work concerning operation security, fire safety, cyber security, confidentiality, and flood and typhoon prevention, appropriately leverage third-party professional strengths to search and make up for deficiencies in such aspects as institutional construction, potential hazard identification, education and training, to improve the capabilities of finding, identifying and disposing risks. Third, we should remain committed to risk prevention and implement work measures unswervingly, strictly strengthen the management of assemblies, prevent the epidemic on a persistent and regular basis, require staff to protect themselves by wearing masks, keeping safe social distance, covering mouths when coughing or sneezing, washing hands regularly and keeping windows open, wear masks, and cooperate in temperature taking, code check and nucleic acid report check when going out, to consolidate the hard-won outcomes of epidemic prevention. Fourth, we should strengthen duty attendance, continue to improve the capability of emergency management, make practical preparation for emergency disposal, accelerate the development of an efficient and scientific emergency management system, further improve the emergency management mechanism, and make clear disposal requirements and measures for sudden fires, extreme weather, network attacks, thefts and interferences, as well as other circumstances, strictly implement the "leader in charge" system and the "key position 24-hour on duty" system, keep information channels unimpeded, dispose emergencies in time, and report information seriously, duly and accurately, so as to spend a peaceful National Day holiday.
