Meeting 20th CPC National Congress, Building Party Building Brand, Pooling Efforts for Development: SIG's Three Party Building Brands Honored as "Party Building Brands of State-owned Enterprises in Shanghai"

On the afternoon of October 10, the second list of Party building brands of state-owned enterprises in the system of the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SHSASAC) was released. "Colorful Party Building" of the Party Branch of Shanghai SITICO Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SAM), "One Hour at Noon" of the Fifth Party Branch of SIG's Headquarters, and "Banner and Public Welfare" of the First Party Branch of SIG Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SIGAM) were selected from more than 850 Party building brands as Party building brands of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai in the culture category. In 2019, "Party Branches on Business Lines" of Shanghai State-Owned Assets Management Co., Ltd. (SSAM) and "Integration· Party Building" of SIGAM were selected into the first list of Party building brands of state-owned enterprises in the SHSASAC system. So far, a total of 2 Party committees and 3 Party branches of SIG have been selected as Party building brands of state-owned enterprises in Shanghai.

In recent years, the Party Branch of SAM has creatively corresponded five colors (red, orange, blue, golden and cyan) to the five innovative features of the company's Party building (branch, culture, synergy, talent and integrity), to show its positive and cohesive efforts in making achievements in the new era and embarking upon a new journey with strong conviction, rigorous action and outstanding performance. The Fifth Party Branch of SIG's Headquarters has made full use of "One Hour at Noon" (one-hour lunch break) to organize all its arty members to study video resources on various APPs like "Learning Power" on a monthly basis, and added Party lectures, business skills sharing, document writing training and visits to create a strong atmosphere of "learning on the way" throughout the Party branch. With creating the "Banner and Public Welfare" brand as the important means and platform to enhance its cohesion and influence, the First Party Branch of SIGAM has integrated Party building, corporate culture and civilization construction, and implemented the concept of "guiding actions by Party building, shaping soul by culture and improving efficiency by civilization" through practical action".

The construction of Party building brands is a systematic and prolonged project. Through the creation of Party building brands, the primary-level Party organizations of SIG have constantly explored effective ways to strengthen primary-level Party building under the new situation, and created featured brands for primary-level Party building. "Party Branches on Business Lines" of SSAM under SIG and "Integration· Party Building" of SIGAM under SIG were listed among the first 100 Party building brands of state-owned enterprises in the SHSASAC system; the third and fifth Party branches of SSAM under SIG were selected as "Party Branch Building Demonstration Points" of SHSASAC; the Party Branch of Xiayang Lake Hotel under SIG was selected as one of the 100 featured work cases of primary-level Party organizations in the SHSASAC system in epidemic control and work resumption; 25 featured Party branch brands and 6 primary-level Party organizations were honored as "One Branch, One Feature" outstanding Party building brands. With another three Party branches honored as Party building brands of state-owned enterprises this time, SIG has initially formed a Party building brand matrix. From a single brand to various brands, SIG has displayed the features and vitality of the Party building work of its primary-level party organizations, achieving phased results in creating Party building brands of state-owned enterprises.

The CPC SIG Committee will seize the opportunity of the upcoming 20th CPC National Congress, to continue promoting the great founding spirit of the Party, further guide its Party organizations in enhancing their political stance, enrich and deepen the connotation of Party building brands, expand the influence of Party building brands, enhance the leadership and appeal of Party building brands, and fully improve the overall level of primary-level Party building, thereby providing strong organizational guarantee for SIG to achieve a new leap and reach a new level in reform and development.
