General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered a report to the congress on behalf of the 19th CPC Central Committee. The CPC SIG Committee has attached great importance to studying and promoting the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress. Members of SIG's leading body and heads of departments watched the opening session of the congress at Conference Room 208, Shanghai International Group Mansion live. All subsidiaries of SIG organized members of SIG's leading body and heads of departments to watch the opening session in their respective offices. As required by epidemic control, most of SIG's Party members watched the opening session at home via TV, the Internet and other media.

The report delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the congress is a programmatic guideline for the construction of the Party and the country in the new era.
