"New Journey, New Responsibility" - Release Conference of the Research Report on Corporate Social Responsibility of Central Enterprises (2022) and the Research Report on Corporate Social Responsibility of Local SASAC and Local State-owned Enterprises (2022) was held in Beijing on December 20, 2022.

    For the first time, the Research Report on Corporate Social Responsibility of Local SASAC and Local State-owned Enterprises (2022) released the "Local SOE CSR Pioneer Index". Advised by the Bureau of Social Responsibility of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, executed by CSR Cloud Research Institute, with local state-owned enterprises (SOEs) as research targets, based on the responsibility information disclosed by enterprises through public channels such as questionnaire, CSR report and official website, the CSR levels of local SOEs were evaluated and top-ranked enterprises were selected into the "Pioneer 100 Index". SIG was ranked 70th in the index.

    In recent years, SIG has thoroughly studied and implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions to state capital and SOEs, keep in mind the national rejuvenation strategy, the country's top priorities amid the global changes unseen in a century and the uttermost interests of the country, implement the core values of "keeping the mission in mind, deepening the reform, keeping to the right path, making innovations and serving development", focused on serving major national strategies and the economic development of Shanghai, assumed its mission and responsibility as a state capital platform, and shown its strong sense of responsibility as an SOE in such aspects as fighting the epidemic, leading the industry, rejuvenating rural areas, and promoting public welfare and charity.
