From February 22 to 23, SIG held a symposium on formulating the three-year action plan for strategic development (2023-2025), to convey and study the spirit of Mayor Gong Zheng's speech during visiting SIG, and listen to the opinions and suggestions of SIG's subsidiaries and fund companies, as well as the functional departments of SIG's headquarters on the reform and development of SIG over the next three years.
The symposium noted that the three years are a critical stage for SIG to comprehensively deepen the reform of a state capital investment and operation platform, and accelerate the development of a domestic top financial holding group with international vision and influence in a new era and on a new journey; relevant entities under SIG should recognize the general situation, understand the general trend of the external environment, make clear their direction and goals, leverage respective strengths and take active steps, and endeavor to achieve high-quality development in the coming three years.
The symposium required that the whole of SIG should unify thoughts, pool collective wisdom, and work together to formulate the three-year action plan and map out a blueprint for future development. SIG should enhance its stance, study and formulate the plan while comprehensively implementing the requirements of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government for the development of SIG, better serving major municipal strategies and building a top financial holding group, conduct in-depth planning and build consensus. SIG should strengthen problem orientation, summarize and find the prominent problems arising in the development of SIG at present and in the past period, identify the cruxes, seriously analyze the problems, come up with targeted ideas and measures, and help improve development levels. SIG should properly deal with the relationship between formulating the three-year plan and advancing the current work, lose no time in fulfilling the annual tasks while studying out the plan, continue key work such as investment management, post-inspection correction and post-audit correction, and go all out to fulfill this year's targets and tasks.
